Google sheets interactions and scrolling are slow on Safari 17

I recently changes my privacy settings to `Use advanced tracking and fingerprinting protection "in all browsing". I prefer this setting, but find that is it not compatible with Google Sheets, the interaction with sheets makes scrolling and interactions with sheets painfully slow/laggy.

While I would love for Google to fix their web application to not have this issue, I am not holding my breath for that to happen.

Safari should have the ability to change the `Use advanced tracking and fingerprinting protection` to be site specific (or profile specific), so I can keep the benefits of this without having to turn it off, because specific sites don't abide by the restrictions.
