Selling 2019 iMac so I erased it. After erase when I start the machine the Apple comes up, then a spinning globe. It asks for router id, accepts it but the globe spins for while then I get the apple.support...message.
I've tried starting up for Com R, Shift Option R, holding down the D on start up, resetting the pram. But I pretty much get the same results every time.
iMac 21.5″, macOS 13.4

erased 2019 iMac and no there's no startup disk or os, help please
