Receiving "<app> will damage your computer" messages

I've followed John Galt's instructions and have found contents of the following folders. I'm not sure what my next step is. Thanks in advance for any help.

First, start up in Safe Mode:

Then delete all files that do not contain:

  • zoom
  • canon
  • adobe
  • google

The net.protected.macos.AVhelper.plist file is most likely relate to TotalAV and should be removed by any provided uninstaller to insure all of the related files are removed. I would not recommend installing any AV software and you can see that it is totally useless as it did not stop you from downloading the files that are causing your problem. This type of software also consumes valuable resources and conflicts with the operation of your OS to protect your Mac with its built in XProtect system.

After those files are remove, restart your Mac and your problem should be solved
