Unable to access the contents of Apple TV+ even though I have an active Apple One subscription

Unfortunately I am not able to access the contents of Apple TV + even though I have an active Apple One subscription, this subscription already guarantees me access to all the movies and series in the catalog, but when I enter the application it asks me to start an individual subscription to the Apple TV +

The Apple One subscription starts out with a 1 month free trial for the bundle components that you haven’t tried before; the components that you have tried before are not included in that first month. Previous Apple TV+ subscribers should account for one month overlap for a seamless transition. The superfluous subscription would then be canceled automatically.

Either re-subscribe to Apple TV+ for a short while, or else wait out the trial month.
