Adding a new card on Apple Pay without old card available

I have an old card in Apple Pay that can’t be verified. However, I can’t remove or update a card until I verify it. The note at the bottom says I can contact my family administrator. I’m the only one on my account. How do I get a new card on it?

My new debit card will not link to my Apple Pay account My old debit card snapped, and I had to order a new one. I’m using my new one for purchases. I tried to change the new one on my phone and it will not link it to my Apple Pay. My new debit card will not link to my Apple Pay account it’s the same card Number and account number just a new expiration date and three digit code. I’ve tried it multiple times and it keeps saying unable to pair. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

I got a new card and now I can’t add it to my apple pay my new card does not work with Apple Pay and it is the same company as my last one
