cannot press 1 when on a call
Automated phone system. When have to press number it doesn't allow
iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 16
That’s a problem with the called phone system; it didn’t let the phone know the call was answered, so the phone doesn’t send DTMF tones. usually calling back the same number fixes it.
