When I text my boyfriend my messages are delayed and it is off and on and I have tried to do everything I know of and I know he didn’t block me.
restarting my phone, deleting apps, deleting messages, deleting contacts I don’t need, deleting photos
is there any other things I should try?

if this is SMS green text, then both of you report the issue to your phone carrier.
