As I said, the payment methods used for iCloud are the ones on your Apple ID. That means that the payment method that that you said is used for Apple music, should also be used for iCloud on that Apple ID, unless you have a different Apple ID for iCloud than the one you have for the the iTunes & App Stores.
If are using an entirely different Apple ID for iCloud, then you will need to log in with that account so you can change its payment method.
You can go to https://tv.apple.com and log in with the Apple ID you use for iCloud, to change its payment method there. Click on the user icon at the very top right of the screen, then on Settings, then on Manage Payments to Manage the cards used for your iCloud account.
