Seeking Advice: Accidental Cancellation of Engraved 2nd Gen Pencil Purchase After Payment - Will I Be Refunded?

I recently made a purchase, including an iPad Pro and a 2nd Gen Pencil with engraving, and paid for both items using my debit card. The transaction was successfully processed, and the payment is reflected in my bank statement. However, in a moment of clumsiness, I accidentally canceled the order for the 2nd Gen Pencil while intending to keep both items. Given this situation, will I automatically be refunded for the canceled item? I am particularly concerned because I had saved for several months for these purchases, and as a student, every penny is important to me. If anyone has experienced something similar or has knowledge in this area, I would greatly appreciate your guidance to help ease my worries.

If you ordered online, you don’t get charged until the items ship.

Once they ship, you can’t cancel the order.

So if you canceled the order, you have not been charged.

Your bank has probably put a hold on the funds in anticipation of the actual charge coming through.

You will need to speak to your bank about it.
