no getting emails
changed password on my computer now im not getting emails on my phone

You have to change the password on your phone to match the password that you changed to on your computer. Or just delete the email account, then add it back. You do both in Settings/mail/accounts. UNLESS it’s an iCloud email; then you go to Settings/[your name] and sign out, then sign back in with the new password.
