I logged into my Apple card account and it said Card not found. I have not used the card for a long time. However, my credit report said I have a balance in my Apple card GS account. Is there any way to find out why I have balance?

Log into card.apple.com and enter my login. Then, it said Card not found, but my credit report showed I have a balance in my apple Card GS account.
