Sending phone away for repairs

I have apple care and don’t live near an Apple Store, so I will need to send my phone away for repairs. My front screen/ back screen are cracked and my volume buttons seem to be sticking aswell. When clicking to send my device away there are a bunch of different options to choose from, if I just click to fix the back screen will they only fix the back screen and not the other issues that the phone clearly has. This is my first time sending my phone away and I’m not sure if they will fix all of my phones issues.

Before you send the phone away for repairs, you might want to to check to see if there might be an Apple authorized service shop in your area using the link just below:

Find Locations

If there is an authorized shop that is not too far away, taking the phone in would usually be a better option than packing up the phone and shipping it to a service center.....if only to save the time involved with shipping the phone 2 ways.

In either case, you would want to include a written note listing the items that you want repaired along with your complete contact information.
