Alarm sounding while on a call on my iPhone

Posted below is a post that a user posted back in 2014. It’s now 2024 and I’m having the same issue with my iPhone 14 Pro. Please help.

“Alarm sounds in my ear when I'm on the phone

I was wondering if there is a way to program my phone so the alarm doesn't sound loudly in my ear when I'm speaking on the phone. Sometimes I receive calls before my alarm goes off. In the middle of the call, the alarm sounds loudly. Is there a setting I can change so that when I'm using the phone the alarm is silenced automatically?”
