Why can't I upgrade past a 10. something on my 2011 MacBook Pro?

Are you running any VPN, Anti-Virus, or Cleaning apps?


We need to see what all is running, a report from this will not display any personal info...

I have a 2011 MacBook Pro with 16 GB RAM. With 10GB of that memory available. Are you saying that this computer is completely obsolete? Everything runs really slow. Google Chrome and Safari even has a hard time loading pages. I guess that’s what you guys. Do you create new things to make your old products obsolete so we have to buy new ones.
