Notification Centre now disappeared

I have just updated my iphone 11 pro max with ios 17.3.1 and now my notification centre has disappeared into oblivion and there are no options available to activate or re activate this, so there is now no notification centre list to swipe down from my home screen and they no longer appear on my lock screen either? shall i just uninstall that last ios 17.3.1 update? any thoughts or anyone else with this issue?

Notifications are not showing up in the Notification Center on my iPhone X I have had this phone for a long time now but recently there has been a bug or maybe something in settings happened but I don’t recall changing my settings recently but the bug is that i get notifications but they never appear in the notifications center!
