When I try to load songs to my playlist I get a message stating my computer needs authorization, I can't even preview the song... why do I only get half of the listed songs and on the album and the authorization message when dealing with the rest?
They're corrupt. Delete and redownload the songs which won't play; if you get told that you'll be charged again, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.

After purchasing an album from the store (Neil Young Greatest hits) I can only play half of the songs
