Unable to complete action - Facebook messenger

I was trying to open the old links in the “view media files and links” in messenger. However, it didn’t work and bump out with a notification “unable to complete action”. I’ve tried to reinstall the app and reset my phone with no hope.

Anyone who got the same problem as me, pls help!!

Messenger crashing on iOS 17 Hello, so I encountered a Facebook Messenger problem right after upgrading to iOS 17. The app won't turn on. After clicking it it just turns off. Tried disabling it, reinstalling it, and rebooting the phone, but nothing helped. Do you have any suggestions on what to do besides doing a factory reset? Because that is not an option at the moment. When I try to open Facebook and Messenger after updating to iPadOS 17 on my iPad Pro 6th generation, the app goes blank and will not load. I have tried all the standard protocols like deleting the app and reinstalling, but no success. Any ideas?

iPhone 12 Pro Max Facebook Error Fetching Data issue IOS 16.4.1 aA week ago Facebook app menu button stopped working when pressed. This caused the dreaded “Fetching Data Error” with the only way to back out was a reboot od the app app. Once it started and I rebooted the the app the actual lower right app menu icon changed from the 3 (or4?) lines to 4 small squares (weird). Menu now not working at all, just fetch data errors. Now I can’t post all all either, same data error message. Here is what I have done deleted the app (a dozen times) Restarted the phone after the delete iPhone software is current as is Facebook Reset iPhone 4’ Account works vie browse but video uploads is limited so that not good thoughts?

If you're having a problem with a third-party app such as Facebook, try deleting it and re-installing it. If that doesn't help, contact the app developer.
