arabic fonts are not appearing in documents i wrote

hi , am using safari browser to read arabic document i have wrote in my reports of my job , but the arabic words disappear when i use my ipad pro 2020, while i can read it when i use other devices like mac laptop or android devices !!!

i need to use my ipad pro 2020 in my job but disappeared arabic font prevented me from that , please help me
