Can’t enable photo use for instagram

Have tried everything that’s been suggested through the years no fix ! This needs to be fixed !

No option to give app access to photos When I got my new phone (iPhone 16 pro) after a little while of having it, most of my apps especially Instagram is not giving me the option to give access of my photos. This screenshot is of me going to settings>apps>instagram then I tried doing settings>privacy&security> photos, and absolutely nothing [Edited by Moderator]

Instagram won’t allow library/camera roll access My Instagram keeps saying I need to “allow access to my photos” but when I get directed to the settings to enable it, the option for camera or camera roll is not there. I have tried googling and tried looking in my privacy settings, nothing was changed. I deleted and redownloaded the app, still the same. Reset my phone, same deal. I’m not quite sure what to do, can anyone help?

Photo access When trying to post on Facebook marketplace I click on upload photo and it sends me to access my photos in settings to enable but when I go to Photos in settings there’s no switch on or off for photo access I cannot post on FacebookI can only post on Instagram if I taken a photo as I’m posting looking for advice and help

See the pic below if you see "Not Allowed" in the last section (Device Permissions) then the only option for you is to remove the app and reinstall.

My Snapchat had the same issue see the picture below.

Delete the apps and reinstall them

See an example of Snapchat Download and Install Procedure... During installation, it will seek permission for many features one of them being Camera Access.
