MDM issue

I face issue with my MacBook that's enrolled in Mobile Device Management

(MDM) without my knowledge. Since I purchased it new and possess the

invoice, the issue get discover after I update/upgreate to the new OS Sonoma,

What I can do?


note pls this laptop with me since 2 year now.

Does the name of the MDM profile appear at  > System Settings > Privacy & Security > Profiles?


Removal depends on which MDM was installed and depending on the type and information you have about them. Sometimes you may be able to remove the profile where other times you may need to wipe the computer.
