Audiobooks not In Book Library Appearing in Sync

OS Ventura 13.6.4

When connecting my iPhone to my Mac and clicking on the Audiobooks button, I am presented with a list of audiobooks (please see attached images).

Interesting observation is that the books marked with a ✅ are not in my Library on the Mac and neither are they on my phone. Those books not marked are in my Library.

If I try syncing these books I am presented with an error message "Some items, including “The Camel Club (Unabridged), Part 2”, were not copied to the iPhone “Brian’s iPhone” because they could not be found."

Is it possible to delete/remove the books from the syncing display that are not in my Library?
