I'm unable to print PDF documents from my MacBook Pro

I can't print pdf documents from my MacBook Pro to my printer EPSON, which is printing all others kinds of documents

It occurs since installation of MAC OS 14.3 Sonoma a few days ago, but it is probably not linked to the Mac OS update, because pdf documents can't be printed from any device (mobile, PC Windows). I contacted Epson support too.

Has anyone met this problem and solved it ?

Have a nice day, everyone

See This article: https://eclecticlight.co/2023/09/25/postscripts-sudden-death-in-sonoma/

Acrobat cannot print a Postscript file to a non-postscript printer, and Sonoma does not recognize my Xerox printer as being a Postscript printer. I installed the Generic Postscript Printer driver instead of the Xerox driver, and now everything is working.

If you don't have a Postscript printer the only two choices you seem to have are:

  1. Under the Advanced tab, check "Print as image."
  2. Use the macOS Preview application.

I'm sure Apple and/or Adobe will fix the problem soon. (sarcasm)
