How on earth do I use Apple Music on Mac Big Sur 11.7.

How on earth do I use Apple Music on Mac Big Sur 11.7. I have used Apple for many years and I am facing losing all music. I have downloaded all my Vinyls and Apple has swallowed them up with DRM protection. I have also lost memory on my Mac Book Air so I followed the tutorials to use external hard drive 1 Terbite. Unfortunately when I open the music it opens in Apple TV mode and I have no music there. I have reformatted the Drive not any better? So my question is is there a tutorial to solve the problems listed above For Mac Book Air using Big Sur 11.7?
