How to use COUNTIF with CODE function?

In the attached example, some cells contain an emoji checkmark. I can use the CODE function to confirm that the emoji in cell A1 corresponds to code 10003.

I want to count the number of cells in range A1:A4 that contain this specific emoji symbol. To do this, I am trying to use the COUNTIF function, but I can't seem to get the syntax right. Conceptually, I want to say "count the cells in the range A1:A4 that contain code 10003". In this example, the answer should be 3.

Can anyone suggest the correct syntax? Thx
