I clicked on a redirect link and I just want to know if i should worry about any viruses or spyware

A few days ago I was using a site for one of my shows and got a pop in a new safari tab that said device infected with 30 viruses, there was a clean now button, I pressed it but closed the page, I am just wondering if I should worry about any viruses or spyware, I don’t think it downloaded anything and I didn’t provide any of my passwords or logins, I’m just a hit worried that my phone has a virus from this redirect link, is there anything I should do about it, and I did the basics like change apple password and stuff, just more worried about my actual device rather than accounts
