Delete files from my cloud if I don’t have proper protection

I have been getting messages that tell me all my files in my cloud will be deleted if I don’t respond to their website. I click on the website given and it takes me to a company named Security Protection Center to buy their security for malware, etc. Is this something I need to be concerned about?

The messages are scams presented by criminals. Do not interact with the messages or the sender. Do not download anything based on such messages.
