Downloaded app and couldn’t delete anything anymore

How do I remove a virus from my phone this virus? I’ve had for two days now and I tried to delete a game that I had brother And it won’t delete all it says is removed from home screen

Please check: Settings - Screen Time - Content & Privacy Restrictions - iTunes & App Store Purchases - Deleting Apps = Allow.
