I’m having trouble with my FaceTime. When I open Snapchat my FaceTime calls hang up. I have my iPhone updated to the newest software. I don’t know how to fix it and it’s very irritating. It does it every time I open snap. It will say “unsable connection” and then just hang up. Please help has anyone else had this problem?

I have been having this issue on my iPhone 15 pro as well 🥲 I have very good internet so I know my internet isn't the problem.
Ive been having this problem too and i just got the new iphone 15 and im not going to lie my 13 was better. It is extremely annoying and irritating whenever you open snapchats camera the FaceTime ends like instantly

I likewise have the 15 pro max and have the same issue to the point where I literally just ft from my iPad and use snap on my phone

I’ve been having the same issue. I’ve noticed that if you quickly switch away from the camera mode in snap it will not cause interference with FaceTime. However the issue needs to be resolved on either apples behalf or Snapchat. It’s super annoying when you’re in a FaceTime call.
