Trying to export an hour long documentary - getting a warning about background tasks not being complete - but nothing shows incomplete or in process in the background tasks window. So I export anyway and the export has pixelation in places. Driving me crazy. Suggestions?

Well it turns out "Render All" doesn't really render all. I scrolled the timeline after rendering all and found some unrendered sections. Manually did those and the export worked no problem. Thanks

Start by deleting all render files and switching off background rendering. Are you using stabilization or optical flow or Neat video?
Def not using optical flow or Neat. Will have to double check re stabilization - ugh, hundreds of clips.
Did you try exporting without rendering?
