How do I delete recent Apple support activity?

I have 4 Apple recent support activity, and how do I delete it? It’s my text messages to Apple support. I have no use for them anymore and the issue was already taken care of. I have a screenshot to show you what I meant. I want to delete the support activity history.

Backstory: I used to have an iPhone SE 2016, but the SIM reader is faulty and would not read the SIM card, and I bough it to the Apple Store twice, and they refused to fix it because it’s too “old”. Anyways, I sold it for parts because I gave up trying to fix it. The phone was purchased in 2018.
