How to check Apple ID login attempts information? Being signed out of my iCloud means someone is trying to hack me?

Recently there's a person trying to gain access to my account. Often, when I wake my MBP it'll ask me to sign into iCloud. And I got a "Apple ID Confirmation Request" the other day which I denied. It's pretty lowkey, tbh

Obviously they don't have access to my account or my password, they are trying to game the system. The system is working! That's good news. But the bad news is that there's nothing preventing them from just doing this forever. Apple doesn't show you where the attempts are coming from?? Why would that not be the first feature avail for security purposes? Every sign in attempt should be logged!

Bonus software question: Is being signed out of my iCloud account on my mac the result of someone trying to hack me? I am assuming, and if so that would be a wild thing to happen, that someone remotely just trying in my phone number into a sign in box without my passworld could still mess with my laptop.
