My daughter has the same cards I do, I did this on my iPhone 7 as well and had no issues it’s just when I transferred to the iPhone 12 the cards cannot be added.

Yes I’m currently in the US I have not traveled anywhere overseas.

Yes the us bank app is on my phone and I have logged myself out and logged back in.
