Unable to access Photos on iPhone
my Iphone do not allow photos, also deleted all contacts

Which iPhone and iOS version do you have?
Did you make sure that on your iPhone in Settings/Your Name/iCloud/ the option iCloud Photos, Contacts etc. have been enabled?
Can you se your Photos and Contacts, if you log into iCloud.com on your computer and open those apps in iCloud?
