Weird black/red phone screen glitch

Sometimes (very rarely) when I turn on my phone it’ll show a dark black and red wallpaper with something in the background, though it’s hard to tell what. I was able to screenshot it this time because it wasn’t the first time it’s happened to me on this phone. Also when it’s like this I can’t interact with the screen, buttons work but the screen does not. I usually get it to go away via clicking the power button a few times.

Edit: I just identified the background to be an old picture of Busch Gardens, but I deleted that photo like a year ago and my I don’t have photos backed up in iCloud or anything. Also my background should be the apple moon background, that’s what I’ve had it as since I’ve had this phone.
