Apple Watches share data

My husband and I both have Apple Watches and are on the same Apple ID. His health and sleeping is showing on my watch and mine on his. How can I stop this without getting another Apple ID ?

You can't.


Apple has been telling people for almost a decade that everyone should have their own Apple ID. While people have been finding workarounds for various issues that have arisen from sharing, they almost inevitably stop working.
