I have a problem with my phone, I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max. It is not able to turn on and every time I Try to turn it on it flashes the Apple logo or takes me to the restore screen. This happened suddenly during a Facetime call.

It is in recovery mode. You need to plug it into your computer and restore ios using finder on a Mac or iTunes on a Windows PC.
I have tried doing that multiple times, and every time it says it has an error.
And what, exactly, is the error message…?

It says that it could not be downloaded because of error code 4013. I looked up this error code and it said to replace the charger, so I did. I am still having the same problem.
