Use hearing aides as mic for voice memo recordings

I can not get voice memos to record through my bluetooth Oticon hearing aides. Is there a fix or,, is there another app that would accomplish this better? I want to record for meeting dictation without the use of an additional device or my phone sitting uncomfortably in front of my clients.
