Customize swipe options in Mail, macOS Sonoma

My email workflow is that I send most newsletters/marketing emails to the trash to be deleted forever, while I archive most personal correspondences that I don't want cluttering up my inbox but which I might need to search for/re-read later.

On my iPhone I have the swipe settings customized so that left swipe goes to the trash while right swipe goes to the archive. I have not found a way to customize the swipe settings in my MacBook. Currently, left swipe is delete (trash) while right swipe is "read/unread" and "remind me," things I never use. It would be great to be able to customize right swipe on macOS Sonoma to be able to switch to "archive." I have not found a way to do this.

As far as I know, the Swipe Actions in Sonoma and Apple Mail Client can not be Customized.
