How edit Blocked Numbers list?

Contacts: How do I edit Blocked Numbers list? I have accumulated thousands of numbers in the Blocked Numbers list. Some of my friends numbers are blocked erroneously. I want to:

1. Search the list for such numbers.
2. Sort the list to find local numbers that I probably want to no longer block.
3. Manipulate to attach numbers to names- again to remove friends from the Blocked Numbers list.
4. I'd like also to block many - hundreds or thousands- of solicitor numbers especially from Messages.
5. 
   
6. Is there any way to just export the list so I can edit it in Word or Excel, etc.?
