macOS Keychain works OK.
But I also use (belt and suspenders...) KeePassXC (Mac), KeePass Touch (iOS) and some flavor of KeePass in Windows at work. They all share the same database. I manually copy the master database file to other devices once in a while although I guess it would be fine to have it on some cloud service with a good master password (it has options for extra password security, too).

Keychain Access.app in your Utilities folder, is baked into the macOS and integrates with Safari, TouchID and iCloud sync across devices.
What is Keychain Access on Mac?
Manage passwords using keychains on Mac
Keychain Access User Guide for Mac
I've used KeePass, 1Password, Empass and currently Bitwarden. Two Macs, iPhone and Android tablet all sync fine.
