Will iPhone 14 Pro and Apple Watch series 3 be compatible?
I have an iPhone 14 Pro and would a series 3 watch be compatible?

They should be compatible. However, the apple watch 3 GPS only has only 8GB of internal storage and most of that is taken up by the operating system and other critical software with not much space left for the update or setup process. So installing or pairing to an iPhone 14 Pro might be nearly impossible for a series 3 watch.
Your best course of action may be to make an appointment at the Genius Bar in an Apple Store and ask them to pair or update it for you.
