Cannot subscribe a calender using the link

I canceled a calendar subscription by mistake and wanted to reset it again.

However, when I enter the URL from last time, "Unsecured connection - The connection is not secure. Would you like to continue your subscription?" appears first, then it says "There was an error subscribing to the calendar. - ..... The request for webcal:.... failed.

failed."

What are the possible reason of that?
