Apple won’t list my business

I have attempted to have my business listed with Apple Business (maps) twice. Both times I was rejected because my business isn’t accessible to the public (I am a legitimate, licensed electrical contractor with a home office and shop). I know this can’t be right because some of my competitors with home offices are listed on apple maps. I even told them technically I am open to the public (we take appointments here), but mainly like all contractors, we come to the customer. I know this can’t be right. Can anyone help?
