Outlook 365 not working properly on iMac 27" 2017, no attachment downloads Ventura 13.6.4 (22G513). Must I buy a new iMac??

I receive exchange attachments on my Apple Mail, I use 365 exchange livemail via FastHosts in UK, and I use exchange2019 OWA for searches and setting up rules. This is hard work and have reinstalled 365 several times.

Is this because of the old processor 3,4 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5?

It works OK on my MBP 16" 2019 and older iMacs in our business.

Any ideas? Thanks.

Have you tried the Outlook App? Works better than Apple Mail for Microsoft accounts.

I don’t think the processor is the problem. Or the version of macOS. This sounds like an issue with Outlook 365 that you should be able to fix (or not) without buying a new Mac.
