Can i use 2 monitors using screen share?

Can you use screen share to have a 2nd monitor on macbook (so my macbook and my imac are as two monitors for the macbook)

(2012 macbook pro and 2010 imac)

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15

Not screen share, but on those models, you can use Target Display Mode.
