If you don't see Face ID in settings, it could be because of either of the following:


  1. The screen was replaced by someone other than Apple or an Apple Authorized Service provider
  2. Making changes for Face ID or Passcode changes is disabled at: Settings > Screen time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Passcode Changes (make sure it is marked Allow)
