I was billed for the iTunes twice for 0,99$ and this bill is OK ND other one for 13,49$ that i never had before and never asked for, what can i do?????

Bill arrived a few days ago and the 13,49 $ was not requested so i am looking for a credit note and money back because the payment is directly on my Credit Card.
