macOS Sonoma permissions NFS4 Share not working correctly with Finder

The following error

Macos version Sonoma 14.0-14.2 had a bug with NFS4, where the Finder crashed and froze after a certain period of use if you had a network share with NFS4 active and moved or uploaded data, after a certain time usually 2 days you had to quit the Finder with Force Quit and it could not be opened anymore you could click on the icon it jumped a bit but did not open again until you restarted it.

I then did a downgrade via recovery mode and then did a clean install and then installed MacOS ventura 13.6.1 and there the NFS share ran but the ICloud did not with a similar error, reading or writing the file is not possible because it is either damaged or no access is possible error -36.

After a long wait I upgraded back to Sonoma 14.2.1 where the NFS share read and write worked intermittently.

Then after a new update it did not work again, you could not set a default app for video files no matter which one you always got the error from the Finder that the file is corrupt or not readable. I then used the command chmod -R 777 /mnt to recursively set the full rights to all folders and subfolders that exist and then tested it for a short time.

After a few days after I upgraded to 14.3.1, MacOS / the Finder again complains that the folder Law and Order has the following error, The process cannot be completed because some objects had to be skipped. For each item, select "File" > "Information", make sure "Protected" is unchecked and then check the "Share & Permissions" section. If you are sure that the objects are not protected and that "Read only" or "No rights" is not set, try again.

There are still the full rights for all users and groups under Linux on the server with 777 the folder exists is neither protected nor have the rights been changed copying also works, but only this folder all other folders that had the similar error before work.

I also had the error at the beginning only with my M1 Max Macbook pro with my other with an Intel chip there was no error until 14.3.1.

If I mount the NFS drive on the Mac under Parallels Desktop 19 with Windows 11 ARM64 via CMD in Windows Explorer, I can read write delete, as you can see on the screen shots, so it's MacOS.

I'm really talking about an NFS4 share here, which is a standard Linux protocol that has also been implemented in MacOS since time immemorial, only before with older versions it should work,

The server is an HP Microserver with 16 GB Ram and the OS is Truenas Comunity

Edition is used which is based on BSD.

There is a NFS4 share released with chmod- R 777 as ACL for all users and groups as you can see on the photos from the shell the excerpt.

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 14.3
