I have used Apple TV for many years last week I cancelled my 19.95 a month subscription and bought a cheaper subscription. Now i see only a blank screen when I go to apple tv.

That would happen when the TV isn’t yet set to take input from the HDMI port to which the Apple TV box is connected. Please verify your TV settings.
Automatic switching to the newly turned on external device can often be automated through HDMI-CEC, which is a function that can (and should) be activated on both devices:
For the TV: See its manual. The TV brand might have their own trade name for CEC.
For the Apple TV box: Settings﹥Remotes and Devices﹥Control TVs and Receivers﹥On.

Verify that your Apple TV box is still well connected to your TV through HDMI, with the plugs firmly seated in the ports. Verify that the TV is set to take input from the HDMI port to which the Apple TV box is connected.
Is the status light on the front of the Apple TV box glowing continuously?
Yes it is well connected the light is off until i turn it on and then it stays on continuously but the screen is light blue, no image the model # i
