The latest episode of our podcast (Ep #93) is not appearing on the Apple Podcast app for iPhone 24 hours after being published.
...and in the Apple Podcast app for Tesla. It also appears on other platforms including Spotify.
Why is this not updating in the iPhone app and how can we get this refreshed/pushed out?

I am SUCH relief to hear this is happening to others! Our podcast is doing the same thing -- showing up in our feed but not within the app. The even weirder thing is if I search our show within Apple Podcasts, the episode shows up there but not in the "Recently Updated" area.

Same here. I had an episode drop on Friday morning. It is appearing on Spotify, Amazon music, Goodpods and Google, but not Apple Podcasts. In fact, I’ve had no notifications since Thursday morning. This is a big problem since more than 50% of our listeners are on Apple. Help!
My Apple Podcasters account is showing the episode as published with no issues. And Somplecast is showing published with no issues.
We pushed the ep out again and it appeared within 15 mins on the iOS app. Then we deleted the dud ep that never showed. It’s some kind of glitch and this workaround did the trick.
Nah, it’s a glitch of some sort because we rereleased the ep and it’s appeared within 15 min. No idea what is really going on with the first attempt.
I can't check on an iPhone. However, looking in 'Browse' on a Mac, all the episodes are there. But unlike the web preview page, the episodes are placed within series, which may be the root of your issue. 071 to 091 are in Series 4, 092 is in Series 2, 093 is by itself in Series 5, and the trailer appears out of series. If you are in the USA you may see this as 'Season' - 'Series' is the UK usage. The placing depends on the <itunes:season> tag in the feed. Presumablyl you've placed the episodes in different seasons without realising it.
